ARE YOUR PRODUCTS CRUELTY FREE?

Yes, we proudly stand by our vegan/cruelty free products at all times. All of our lashes are synthetic mink! 

DO YOU OFFER LASH TRAININGS?

We offer a Master Lash Class with Fully loaded equipment and lash supplies! Lash training however is only in-person at our Lash Training center located at 184 Pleasant Valley Street Methuen MA 01844.

Online Lash Training coming soon!!

DO YOU OFFER LOCAL PICK UP?

YES WE DO offer local pick up. Simply place your order online and select local pick up at check out and a team member will get your order ready. Please text 978-866-6902 with an estimated date and time of pick up. All local order pick up will be at 184 Pleasant Valley Street Methuen MA Suite 1-203 01844 

POLICIES

Refunds/Exchanges 

We do not offer refunds. We replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please send us an email at wecare.@fiercelashsupplies

Sale items 

Only regular priced items may be exchanged, sale items are final. 

Shipping 

To return your damaged or defective product, you should mail your product to 184 Pleasant Valley Street Suite 1-203 Methuen MA 01844 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. 

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. 

Refund of Returned Package 

In the case that a package is refused and shipped back to FLS, if the items are received in the same condition as sent to the receiver, we will refund the customer for the products only. 

Canceling an Order 

If you would like to cancel or change an order that you've just placed, please email us wecare.@fiercelashsupplies

as soon as possible. We will try to accommodate your request; however, orders for items that have already been shipped cannot be canceled.
